To be eligible for assistance provided by Family Support, including the Individual & Family Support program, applicants must be residents of Alabama.  Individuals or families seeking assistance should contact their local volunteer council and complete an Application for Assistance.  The local council then reviews the Application to determine eligibility and how best to address the needs described in the application.  (Click here to download the Application for Assistance)
